I2X Technologies is seeking a Senior Analyst – Combat Air Force with over twelve (12) years of demonstrated relevant experience or possess a Bachelor’s degree or higher with desired experience of more than fifteen (15) years in the Combat Air Force (anticipated start date 1 Nov 2024).  The contractor is responsible for the following:

 

  • Developing detailed mission analysis and integration of resources to determine capabilities to meet the mission;
  • Understanding of current service capabilities and tactics with knowledge of vulnerabilities in the presence of threat EMSO in order to make recommendations to Service or joint tactics, weapon schools, or publications based on findings of the evaluations;
  • Experience analyzing threat data and controlling receipt and dissemination of foreign intelligence information;
  • Ability to evaluate emerging EMSO threats in order to present findings, conclusions, and recommendations based on evaluation results;
  • Conducting tactical, operational, and strategic level research concerning the impact of existing and emerging EMSO threats to joint operations;

The contractor shall support research on EMS issues, obtain relevant DOD documents, conduct studies and report the results thereof, analyze options, and develop specified documentation to assist with effectively and efficiently carrying out the mission. The execution of the Program's mission encompasses numerous sub-tasks (specified, implied, and / or essential) that require the contractor to assist with applying scientific methods and techniques, evaluation planning, coordinating specifications related to computer software use cases and software demonstrations, operations research and systems analysis, program management expertise, and an understanding of multi-Service and Joint TTPs to address the Program focus areas including as follows:

  • Requirements Development
  • Planning of JEMSO Readiness Evaluations
  • Operational Execution of JEMSO Readiness Evaluation
  • Analysis and Reporting of JEMSO Evaluations
  • Development of Efficiency Strategies and Solutions
  • Transition of Efficiency Strategies and Solutions

Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

 

The contractor shall possess over twelve (12) years of demonstrated relevant experience or possess a Bachelor’s degree or higher with desired experience of more than fifteen (15) years in combat Air Force and the following (anticipated start date 1 Nov 2024):

  • Preferably expertise specializing in fighter/attack combat aircraft; however, experience in a combat air force platforms is acceptable;
  • Operational level experience with preference to candidates with higher level broadening assignments such as Joint, CCMD or Service level staff;
  • Developing detailed mission analysis and integration of resources to determine capabilities to meet the mission;
  • Understanding of current service capabilities and tactics with knowledge of vulnerabilities in the presence of threat EMSO in order to make recommendations to Service or joint tactics, weapon schools, or publications based on findings of the evaluations;
  • Experience analyzing threat data and controlling receipt and dissemination of foreign intelligence information;
  • Ability to evaluate emerging EMSO threats in order to present findings, conclusions, and recommendations based on evaluation results;
  • Conducting tactical, operational, and strategic level research concerning the impact of existing and emerging EMSO threats to joint operations;
  • Preferably experience conducting studies, performing research, reporting, and making recommendations concerning instrumentation and evaluation resources necessary to execute risk reduction and evaluation events ensuring the coordination of communications, logistics, materiel, data collection and personnel training, issue and alternative definitions, and personnel requirements for each designated activity;
  • Preferably experience working with partnering agencies that share interests in support of data collection, reduction, or JEMSO operations in conjunction with the evaluations; and
  • Training and certification as a PMP is highly recommended for individuals lacking requisite military leadership experience.

US Citizenship and Top Secret clearance is required along with eligibility for SCI, SAR and SAP accesses.

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job with or without reasonable accommodation.

 

While performing the duties of this job, the employee will regularly sit, walk, stand and climb stairs and steps. May require walking long distance from parking to work station. Occasionally, movement that requires twisting at the neck and/or trunk more than the average person, squatting/ stooping/kneeling, reaching above the head, and forward motion will be required. The employee will continuously be required to repeat the same hand, arm, or finger motion many times. Manual and finger dexterity are essential to this position. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, depth perception and telling differences among colors. The employee must be able to communicate through speech with clients and public. Hearing requirements include conversation in both quiet and noisy environments. Lifting may require floor to waist, waist to shoulder, or shoulder to overhead movement of up to 20 pounds. This position demands tolerance for various levels of mental stress.
